November 16th, 2009 (close to the 20th anniversary of the Velvet Revolution, which started the renaissance of Rusynicity and Rusyns in our fatherland) saw the publication of the first university textbook of Rusyn for students of Rusyn Language and Literature at Prešov University. The authors of the textbook are doc. PhDr. Vasiľ Jabur, CSc. and PhDr. Anna Plišková, PhD., it was reviewed by prof. Dr. Stеfan Pugh and prof. Dr. Michal Kapraľ, CSc., and edited by doc. PhDr. V. Jabur, CSc.
