Fifth seminar on Carpathian-Rusyn studies

On October 21st, 2009 the fifth scholarly seminar on Carpathian-Rusyn studies was held at Prešov University (PU). This time, the Institute of Rusyn Language and Culture at PU, which has been organising seminars on Carpathian-Rusyn Studies since February of this year, hosted Professor Michael Moser from the Institute of Slavic Studies at Vienna University. This expert on Slavic studies, who is, at present, especially known in the area of Ukrainian studies, gave a speech on Ivan Paňkevyč’s Grammar of the “Rus´sian“ language.
