On August 30th, 2009 in the village of Radvaň nad Laborcom (the Medzilaborce region), a festive Day of Rusyn Traditions was held, prepared by the local municipal office and the Rusyn Revival in Slovakia. The programme was prepared by the well-known folklorist Bartolomej Soták. Apart from local pupils, especially those who are taught Rusyn by Mgr. Marek Gaj, the following acts gave performances: Pajtaše and Lelija from Snina, Voľanka from Volica, the clarinetist Oleg Mjachký and others.
