On July 24th – 25th, 2009, the 3rd year of an interesting festival was held at the Rusky Kerestur swimming pool (that is why “water“) in Vojvodina, which was attended by about 200 performers. It was prepared by the Rusyn youth organisation “Pakt-Ruthenorum” in Serbia.
